Diana Dors’ Cheese and Sweetcorn Pasta Salad

When did you last have some Edam?  For me, it was probably the 1970s.

It’s a funny old cheese.  Who eats it these days?  Kids?

It’s like a big old Babybel…

Mind you, I’m not knocking it. I do like a diet recipe that allows a person to eat 40g of cheese, Edam or not.  But Lord only knows what I shall use the rest for.

Ideas on a postcard, please…

This is a nice easy recipe for a HEATWAVE!  Man alive it is hot around these parts.

Might have to get my bikini out…

    New years Eve about 12 years ago. It bought me out in blotches . Haven’t touched since ! Something very 70’s about this salad, crying out for some pineapple perhaps. And use rest of Edam with leftover pineapple on sticks.

    Holy Moly! Allergic to Edam?!

    I do like the idea of Edam and pineapple on sticks – perhaps I should make a Vincent Price Cucumber Crocodile for these!
