Stick with that edit VT! Testing will be ongoing for some time so perhaps you can reward yourself with something weird to cook once you have it in the bag!!
I’ll have a go at a couple of the recipes if they are still up for grabs. I’ll take Lee Merriwether’s Peanut Butter Cookies and Ron Masak’s Mushroom Dip. I’m a mushroom lover, but I’ve never had a mushroom dip, so I’d love to give a try!
