Barbara Stanwyck’s Kipfels

These were very cute, but next time I make them I will try to roll the dough much thinner.  I think a trip to the cookshop is required, I think I need one of those mats for rolling stuff out on, you should see my kitchen worktop.   Cooee. Both of my blind dates would have been horrified if they had seen my kitchen after our dates.  They both had answered the computer generated question “Could you go out with a messy person” with a very strict “No”.  Hmm…

I am already having a lot of fun on the dating scene.  Why have I left it so long?  Been on two dates this week and one was a corker.  Spent a lot of time talking about aspect ratios and anamorphic lenses.  What a geek I am sometimes.  That geezer is definitely getting a second outing.  The second one, despite being very direct in his emails turned out to be very shy in person.  You really can’t tell what someone is going to be like by their online banter that is for sure.

I think Sugarpuss O’Shea would approve of my choice of the two…
