Merry Christmas from Silver Screen Suppers

What is left to say about 2020 that hasn’t already been said?

I just wanted to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas whoever they are managing to spend it with.

This will be the first time in about 25 years that I haven’t spent Christmas with my parents and I am very sad about that.  However, in the 7+ years we’ve been together I have never spent Christmas with the lovely Mr R and this year I will.

So I say bring on the cheese footballs

and let’s all have the best festive season we can in the circumstances.

I will be back in 2021 with a new BIG THING.  I am going to be selecting my top 100 favourite movie star recipes of all time.  How long will it take me to write about all of those? I do not know, but SURELY the pandemic will be over by the time I get through them all?!

Wishing you all many lovely things in 2021.

  3. Your blog posts and quarantini YouTube videos were a most welcome distraction from the constant media coverage of the pandemic for last 10 months. Wishing you health and happiness and the best for 2021.
