Aw, the lovely folks over at EatDrinkFilms have made a beautiful job of illustrating my column this month which is all about Corinne’s Christmas Pudding recipe. I particularly like this picture they chose, and I’ll be putting this headdress on next year’s list for Santa Claus.
Do, do, do go and have a look, and more importantly, do consider subscribing to the magazine. It is FREE my lovelies and full of wonderful things. It’s a rare beast in this day and age, an online magazine that pays its writers. BRAVO! But they need more fans of food and/or the movies to subscribe so they can keep us in typewriter ribbons…
Edna’s Christmas Pudding is absolutely lovely and I encourage you to try it, here’s a pretty rubbish picture of the one I made last year. I’m making another this year so will post another after the big event…
It’s much lighter than traditional Xmas pud and in my opinion, much nicer (although I am of course, looking forward to a piece of my mum’s traditional one on Christmas day).
If I don’t manage to post again before the festivities really begin, here’s wishing you all a wonderful, wonderful holiday season.
As the old Chas and Dave song goes, “got my beer, got my beer, got my beer on the sideboard ‘ere” – I raise a glass of Hammertons beer to you all my lovelies. Have a super dooper Christmas.
Have a truly wonderful Christmas with your family, Jenny. Hope to see you very soon now that I’m back home. xxxxxx
Indeed my dear – let me know when you’ll be around in London town!
