I was sad to hear that Gina Lollobrigida has headed off to that Hollywood in the sky. As a tiny tribute to Lo Lollo, here’s her recipe for wreath cookies. These were recipe of the month way back in December 2012 and they were so cute. I guess they are designed to be a Christmassy type of cookie but hell, let’s have some now!

That’s so sad to hear! I love the attitude she exudes in those photos.
I am loving that you can make these cookies up to two weeks ahead! If I can possibly remember, I might test that next christmassy time…
