Ruthie’s cousin Judy had a go at Lilian’s Lemon Pie and the report back was very pleasing. “It was a hit” said Judy and elaborated: “It’s a light and fluffy way to approach a lemon pie. Really refreshing and not too heavy. Good spring or summer recipe.
