All three Caesar Salad recipes have their virtues, but this one you can’t really rustle up after work because you need to infuse olive oil with garlic for a couple of hours. So it’s definitely a number to be made when you are busy around the house doing lots of other things while your garlic and oil

It doesn’t look like much in this photo but it is the best Caesar yet IMHO because – SO MUCH GARLICY ZING! This one (for now) will be my go-to Caesar recipe as long as I have the time to do the garlic infusing
