Johnny Cash Chilli in Birmingham!

Hello, all you lovely folks in and around the Birmingham, UK area.  There’s a special event happening this Sunday to celebrate Peter Falk’s birthday.

I’m giving an illustrated talk about Columbo and there will be JOHNNY CASH CHILLI made by a top chef.  Oh yes!   This dish is famous from the Columbo Bowl Chilli Cook-Along and if you fancy making some, the recipe is at the bottom of that blog post.

We’ll be partying high in the sky at the top of the Rotunda!

It’s not only Peter Falk’s birthday, it’s Staying Cool‘s birthday too (happy 10 years you lovely people with beautiful apartments!)

Details of the event and tickets are here, everyone is welcome but there are only a limited amount of tickets so don’t delay if you’d like to come.  I cannot tell you how excited I am because I LOVE THE ROTUNDA and it’s going to be a really fun evening.

For those of you that might not know Birmingham, let Telly Savalas introduce you to the wonders of the city.

Unlike the chilli in the Johnny Cash episode of Columbo,

there will be no squirrel meat!  Do come and join us for a fun celebration of the best television detective ever!  There’s a copy of the book for everyone who comes to the party!
