I made a lovely version of this recently with cherries instead of blueberries.  It was DELICIOUS.  I couldn’t find my spirulina so it wasn’t the usual green sludgy colour that puts my chum Greg of Recipes for Rebels off, but to me, the green is what makes a Peter Fonda Blender Breakfast a Peter Fonda Blender Breakfast.  


My cherry version was just as nice though and a lovely fresh pink colour instead.  Totes recommended! The chocolate and cherry combo is a total winner.

So here’s Peter’s recipe. Try it with cherries and without the “sea protein” whatever that is. As mentioned in previous posts, I use spirulina in place of this.
