Robert Redford’s Terrific Olive Green Salad

Sad to hear that RR went to that Hollywood in the sky this week.  He was a legend.

I only have one recipe in the collection ascribed to Robert, and here it is for all his fans out there.

I am not going to have a chance to make this for a while as I am here, there and everywhere at the moment. However, I’ve added the wherewithal to an online groceries order and will come back and tell you how it turns out once I’ve made it.  If you rustle it up in the meantime.  Send me a pic.

I’m planning to watch my favourite of his movies with this salad on my knee.  I know it is cheesy, but I do so love The Way We Were with Babs.

I might even make some of Barbra’s coffee ice-cream to have as pud. Served with pretzels as Barbra says so…

Recipe is in this post – Barbra Streisand’s Instant Coffee Ice Cream. It’s delicious!
