The world cup has just started and hence normal service at Silver Screen Suppers Towers will be interrupted. I’ll be drip-feeding some findings on the third of the recipe testing parties Nathalie and I have thrown whenever I get a few moments away from the telebox. After the first goal was scored – an own goal by Brazil – my new word of choice is CALAMITY! Love football commentators.
At party 3 there were 10 of us and we kicked off with Vincent’s excellent pink tonics:
It’s a nice and breezy, easy peazy cocktail. Mix vodka or gin with tonic, ice, a twist of lime, and 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters….
