Recipe of the Month – Vincent Price’s Pumpkin Pie

Excitement is mounting at Silver Screen Suppers Towers about the forthcoming Vincent Price Halloween Cookalong.  Food blogger chums around the world have been sent a cherry picked Vincent Price recipe to make for Halloween and even if you are not a blogger, join us by making Vincent’s Pumpkin Pie (here at the Recipe of the Month page if you are looking in October 2013) or his Goulish Goulash – over here at lovefood.com – if you send me photos and a little write up I’ll pop it on the Vinentennial Cookblog and here in due course.

Some of us will be watching The House on Haunted Hill on the night as we enjoy Vincent’s comestibles – and the new man is growing a Vincent Price moustache and beard specially!  I haven’t decided who I’ll be dressing up as – maybe Elvira?

    1. My new man is dressing up as Vincent himself! I’m definitely going to do something but haven’t decided what yet! Are you making your dish on the night? Having friends over?! I keep buying little bits and pieces of Halloween frippery for the house, it’s costing me a fortune!

  3. YAY! I am going to bring my assigned dish and pie to a Pumpkin Party I am attending – Might as well SPREAD THE LOVE! Let’s not forget I was assigned CLAMS. I hope they are still my friends AFTER 😉
