Hollywood Cocktails and Canapes Party – Lana Turners Super and Easy Salsa

In bed with Mr R, I bemoaned the fact that for Lana Turner’s Salsa I’d forgotten to get a comment.  He said: “no comment” (he doesn’t like tomatoes).

I’m super rich in leftovers and very happy with the whole spread Nathalie and I prepared with the excellent assistance of Mr R and early attendees.  Our “do” was huge success and some mighty fine new recipes were tested.  I even managed to let the spare party ice melt rather than trying to cram it into my freezer.  A new laissez faire attitude to leftovers is creeping in, I can actually say goodbye to ice with no remorse!  I can just let it flow down the drain as water.  It’s a sea change…

Cheers ladies and gents of the Silver Screen – your recipes rock.

  1. This would go very well with Boris Karloff’s Guacamole you gave us the recipe for. We could have a whole mexican night…

    1. Yes indeedy, I’ve got some VERY good Vincent Price Mexican recipes. Maybe you and Greg should come over and we’ll get the tequila out!
