When I made these a while back they looked like a right dog’s dinner so I loved the way Nathalie served these up – on individual spoons.   Very sophisticated.

These were very popular and Nathalie and I discussed possibly doing these with cherry tomatoes next time.  The sauce is good and mustard-y which brings out the tomato flavour.  They are not very photogenic but they are very tasty.  Errol loves these.
